Digital credits
SwaplyFits credits purchase AI photo generations from web-flow.life. Each generation uses 1 credit. This policy applies to paid credits; free signup or promotional credits have no refundable purchase value.
Credit purchases are final
All credit purchases are final. We do not give change-of-mind refunds on purchased credits, whether you have used them or not, and there is no refund window after purchase. Please check the pack size and price at checkout before you pay.
Failed generations
A failed generation is intended to restore the spent credit automatically. If your credit was not restored, contact us with the approximate time and details of the failure and we will put the credit back.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude any non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee — for example it has a major failure or does not work as described — you can contact matthew.fenero@gmail.com for a remedy, which may include a refund.
Questions about a purchase
Email matthew.fenero@gmail.com from your account email with your payment receipt or reference, the purchase date and the credit pack you bought. Never send your password or full card details. We check the purchase and usage records and reply by email with the outcome.
